HOW TO MAKE THEM
Step One - Heat about 2 cups of oil in a deep frying pan or wok.
Step Two - Chop your chicken into bite sized pieces and move to a bowl.
Step three - add garlic, pepper, brown sugar & cornflour to the chicken an mix. Make sure the chicken is fully coated.
Step Four - Add your chicken to the frying pan and cook until golden.
Step Five - In a different pan add your honey, soy sauce & a pinch of salt, allow to bubble.
Step Six - Once the chicken is cooked transfer it to the pan with your sauce and cook for a further 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve With White Rice.
