Chicken & Mushroom Pasta Bake

Ingredients (Makes 2 Portions)


  • 200g Tortiglioni Pasta
  • 200g Mushrooms
  • 50g Soft Cheese
  • 50g Cheddar Cheese
  • 30g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 100ml Vegetable Stock
  • 100ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 Basil



HOW TO MAKE THEM


Step One - Pre Heat your oven to 200 Degrees C & add your pasta to a pan of boiling water.


Step Two- Slice your mushrooms and add to a frying pan.


Step three - Finely chop the garlic & add it to the pan with the mushrooms.


Step Four - Mix your stock, milk, oil, soft cheese & vinegar then add to the pan with the mushrooms and garlic.


Step Five - Once your pasta is cooked add to the frying pan with your sauce and add the basil & thyme.


Step Six - Add the pasta to a baking dish, grate over the cheddar cheese & top with breadcrumbs. Bake until it has a golden brown crust.
