Looking for a way to sneak more veg into your little ones diet? aren't we all! This broccoli & chicken nugget recipe is the perfect way to do that.
HOW TO MAKE THEM
Step One - Steam or boil your broccoli.
Step Two- Add your chicken breast, broccoli and seasonings to a blender and blend into a paste.
Step three - Take two small bowls, Add your egg to one and your breadcrumbs to the other.
Step Four - Take about a tablespoon of your mixture, shape into a little nugget and dip it into the egg.
Step Five - Press the nugget into the breadcrumbs on both side until covered.
Step Six - Place your nuggets onto a lined baking tray and put into the oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes, Or until golden.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Fridge - Store in an air tight container inside the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freezer - Store in a freezer safe bag inside of the freezer for up to 3 months
