I absolutely love these simple oats bars! they can be made with any fruit you have in the house. the perfect alternative to store bought snack bars.
HOW TO MAKE THEM
Step One - Mash the blueberries & raspberries with a fork.
Step two - Add in the oats, milk, egg & cinnamon and mix together.
Step three - Smooth the mixture evenly onto a baking tray/dish and sprinkle over some chia seeds.
Step Four - Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees C
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Fridge - Store in an air tight container inside the fridge for up to 3 days.
Freezer - Store in a freezer safe zip lock bag for up to 3 months.
