Ingredients
My toddler loves these Banana Oat Cakes and I'm sure yours will too! They make the perfect snack & can easily be thrown together with ingredients most of us already have in our kitchen.
HOW TO MAKE THEM
Step One - Mash 2 bananas until smooth.
Step Two - Heat your frying pan over a medium heat.
Step Three - Mix together the mashed banana, oats, egg, milk & cinnamon.
Step Four - Add 1 tablespoon of butter to your frying pan and allow to melt.
Step Five - Add about 1 tablespoon of mixture to the pan and press flat with the back of a spoon.
Step Six - Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
TIPS
Why not add a handful of raisins or chocolate chips for extra flavour!
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Fridge - Store in an airtight container inside the fridge for up to 3 days.
